How do I enroll in the program?

How do I submit my monthly report?
Have your access code handy and click the link from your welcome email, click the SUBMIT MONTHLY REPORT button above, or click here to get started.
Can I submit multiple months at once?
Each monthly report must be submitted separately to comply with program rules. You can submit multiple reports during the same session by repeating the submission process.
Where do I find my access code?
Once approved, you will receive a welcome email that includes your access code. The access code will also be in your monthly reminder email.
How do I know how many free doses I will qualify for?
For every 6 doses of a qualifying SKU you dispense, you will earn 3 free doses of the same SKU.
Leftover doses will qualify for additional 3-packs.
Example:
You submit your clinic’s dispensing report for the period of March 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018.
Showing the following doses dispensed:
- Vectra® 3D S Dog 11 – 20 lbs Teal – 13 doses
– Earns 2 free Teal 3-packs with 1 leftover dose. - Vectra® 3D L Dog 59 – 95 lbs Purple – 24 doses
– Earns 4 free Purple 3-packs. - Vectra® 3D XL Dog Over 95 lbs Red – 61 doses
– Earns 10 free Red 3-packs with 1 leftover dose.
The 2 leftover doses earn your clinic an additional 3-pack of a qualifying SKU of your choosing.
What does my dispensing report need to include?
The monthly dispensing report should include your clinic name, the report timeframe (one month), the Item ID/SKU and description, and quantity. Click here to see an example. Please note that any free doses dispensed from your clinic will not qualify for the program.
How do I know when I will receive my free doses?
Once your submission is approved, your free doses will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. You can check the status at any time by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or by clicking here.
